Hi, Im Olivia

A Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist.

I help individuals work through trauma using a psychodynamic lens, integrated with parts work, attachment-based therapy, and somatic practices. I support clients in reconnecting with their bodies, regulating their nervous system, and navigating complex emotions with clarity and ease.

With a background as a certified yoga teacher, I bring an embodied perspective to therapy, incorporating movement, breath-work, and body-centered strategies to help clients feel grounded, present, and supported. I have experience working with religious trauma, postpartum transitions, early attachment wounds, identity shifts and memory loss, offering a compassionate, collaborative space where clients can process experiences, rebuild inner safety, and develop a stronger, more resilient sense of self.
